A pre-order allows you to secure a limited piece before it is officially available. Pre-orders are offered on select drops and are a way to guarantee your size and colour before stock sells out.

When you place a pre-order, your payment is taken in full at the time of purchase. Your item will then be dispatched within the estimated timeframe listed on the product page.

Pre-order items are estimated to dispatch within 1–2 weeks of the pre-order closing date. The estimated dispatch window will always be clearly stated on the product page at the time of purchase.

Full payment is required at the time of placing a pre-order. By completing your purchase, you agree to the estimated dispatch timeframe and the terms outlined in this policy.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and any other payment methods available at checkout.

Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once placed. By placing a pre-order you are securing a made-to-order piece specifically for you, and as such we are unable to accept cancellation requests.

Please ensure you have selected the correct size before completing your purchase. Our Size & Fit Guide is available to help you choose the right fit.

Our standard returns policy applies to pre-order items. If you are unhappy with your item upon receipt, you may request a store credit within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

We do not offer cash refunds or exchanges on pre-order items. Sale or discounted pre-order items are final sale.

Once your pre-order item has been dispatched, standard shipping timeframes apply. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your YTO Global tracking number.

If you have ordered both pre-order and in-stock items in the same order, your entire order will be held and shipped together once the pre-order item is ready, unless otherwise stated.

In the rare event that we are unable to fulfil your pre-order due to circumstances outside our control, we will contact you immediately and issue a full refund to your original payment method. This is the only circumstance in which a refund will be issued on a pre-order.
